How do I book an appointment?+
Send me a message on WhatsApp, SMS, Instagram or Facebook with the treatment you'd like. I'll get back to you to arrange a suitable time. I usually reply in the evening.
I'm not sure which lashes to choose.+
That's absolutely fine. Send me a message with the look you have in mind — natural, fuller or more dramatic — and we can talk through the options together. Everyone's eyes and features are different, so the same lash style can look different from person to person. I'll help you choose a look that suits your eye shape and enhances your natural beauty.
Can I book a refill?+
Refills are available for classic lashes, light volume, wispy, hybrid, wet look and 5–6D volume up to 3 weeks after your appointment. Refills are not available for mega volume or lash lifts.
What if I have lash extensions from another technician?+
I don't offer refills on lash extensions applied by another technician, as application techniques and adhesives can vary. Instead, I recommend removing your current set and applying a fresh set with me, so I can create a consistent look tailored to you. Send me a message and we can arrange removal and your new set.
